What would you change? The Miracle Morning is already transforming the lives of tens of thousands of people around the world by showing them how to wake up each day with more ENERGY, MOTIVATION, and FOCUS to take your life to the next level. It’s been right here in front of us all along, but this book has finally brought it to life. Are you ready? The next chapter of YOUR life-the most extraordinary life you’ve ever imagined-is about to begin. It’s time to WAKE UP to your full potential…’Every once in a while, you read a book that changes the way you look at life, but it is so rare to find a book that changes the way you live your life’ Tim Sanders, New York Times bestselling author of The Likeability Factor’To read The Miracle Morning is to give yourself the gift of waking up each day to your full potential. It’s time to stop putting off creating the life you want and deserve to live.

What I say:

I first read the original Miracle Morning by Hal Elrond in 2015 after attending an event where Hal spoke.  I was truly inspired by Hal’s story of overcoming a near-fatal automobile accident.  He had overcome tremendous adversity, and many of the principles he leaned on during his physical rehabilitation were principles I leaned on to get through the life and death of my own daughter.  I felt a philosophical alignment with Hal, even though we had only met briefly.

In the book, Hal doesn’t reinvent the wheel in any area of personal growth, he just builds a new 6 wheeled vehicle out of the best practices out there.  In addition to exposing people to personal growth and self-care techniques they may have only had a vague idea about, he shows readers that they don’t have to spend a lot of TIME on any one practice in order for it to have a positive cumulative effect.

I hear REGULARLY about people’s inability to ‘fit’ health or self-care into their busy lives.  Hal playfully shows how easy it is by breaking down a morning routine into various chunks of time.  Let’s face it, if you lost your job, and the only job you could find required you to get up an hour earlier to make it to work on time, you’d rearrange your evenings to get to bed a little earlier.  People make sacrifices like that all the time.  Can’t figure out how to get up an hour earlier to set your day up for success? How about 30 minutes?  How about 10?  Hal will show you what you can accomplish in that time.

I maybe had one of Hal’s 6 routines in my morning schedule when I read the book, and I confess I don’t do all 6 every morning even today.  However, I do have a morning routine full of stretching, meditation, time in nature, visualization, and exercise.  This sets my mind up for success before I’ve even walked into my office.  When I wake up, my mind is a hot mess usually.  By the time I’m through with my own miracle morning routine, it’s ready to support ME.

Hal has also built a worldwide community with the book, and his Facebook group has over 50,000 members in it that all support each other in creating a morning routine that sets them up for success.  It’s incredibly supportive and inspiring to be in.

Even if your morning routine isn’t the same exact prescription as Hal’s, reading his book (which is a quick read) will give you all kinds of ideas and inspiration for creating YOUR miracle morning!
